Shipping Policy

Business Days & Holidays

ASA COSMETICS orders will process the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Packages do not ship on Saturdays or the following U.S. holidays. 

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days using USPS First Class Mail Service.

P.O. Box, International Shipping, APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, international, and military addresses at this time.

Tracking Orders

Once orders are shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Lost In Transit

We are sorry, but we are not responsible for orders or items lost in transit by the carrier. 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 5 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 5 days.   Contact customer service at asacosmetics@aol.com (M-F 9AM-6PM central time) and we will respond with the appropriate exchange instructions.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your ASA COSMETICS purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  Due to Covid-19 we're unable to accept returns on open products and used products.  If you will need to return your product that you received broken or damaged, please review the information below.

•  Exchanges must be shipped within 5 days from the time you received your products.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition with a picture of the damage products email to asacosmetics@aol.com 
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the exchanges.

Please mail your asacosmetics.com return to:  

ASA COSMETICS Attn: Exchanges Dept PO BOX 515102 SAINT LOUIS MO. 63151
• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot ship new order until our office confirms receipt of the damaged merchandise. 
• Exchanges will be processed within 1 week of our office receiving your item.
• Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

 

We are not responsible for lost packages.

Only items purchased on www.asacosmetics.com may be accepted for an exchange no refund.
